Here's how it works: 2 of your choice of 4 included jiggly weighted ovals (two in black and two in silvery metallic) slip securely in a silicone cradle. Once gently pushed into place inside your or your vagina-owning partner's body, the subtle weightiness requires flexing of the pelvic floor muscles to keep them in. That flex effect tones and strengthens muscles over time, making for a tighter grip, more pelvic control overall and even stronger orgasms.

Beginners can start with just one ball in the cradle (they pop out easily), moving up to both when ready. Experts can even use the balls without the cradle- holding onto the smaller size of a single sphere takes more control.
